Eeth Koth Anti Droid Specialist Ability not working

I've spent a lot of time getting Eeth Koth to Gear 10 for the new raid to realize his main ability that is supposed to make him tough against droids doesn't work at all. It's hard to measure critical chance but I haven't noticed him getting any more criticals against droids than against anyone else but I know for a fact his critical damage is not increased against droids. I've been keeping track of his criticals against normal enemies and droids and there is no difference at all. Unless someone has crazy armor he does close to 4300 to everyone in the battles I've been doing that have both droids and normal enemies. If his ability was working then against droids it should be close to 5160 but it isn't. This is frustrating cause this ability was the reason I worked in him

Seriously? Tank down raid was tested for month already and they failed to check the most obvious heroes which are going to be used in the new raid, because, you know, they are anti droid?!?
