LVL 81 - Need Direction

I’m at a crossroads. I’ve had the same team for a while, but since I’ve maxed most of my main team out, I’ve been able to farm a more well-rounded base. Now that my other characters are pretty strong, I’ve been considering a shift in teams.
For a while, my team was Phasma(L), RG, QGJ, GS, and Rey. I would reach ~90 in ranks, but fall to ~130 overnight. I pinpointed GS as my weakness, and replaced him with Lando, which resulted in highs of ~60 and lows of ~85 (all G10+ or close to it).
I’ve recently added the likes of ST Han, IG86, IG88, Biggs, Wedge(5*), Palpatine(5*), and Anakin(4*) to my artillery (all G8 or close to it).
I guess my question is, what is my ideal lineup for where I stand right now? Follow up, what will my ideal lineup be when all characters are 7* G9+?
