Problem running both raids at same time

Hi there, our guild seems to be unable to run both raids alongside each other.

We are fed up of grinding the tank takedown and want to run a rancor raid. We also don't want to really loose the 'progress' we made on tank takedown. Our officers/leaders are unable to start a pit raid. We have max currency.

Can anyone confirm you can do both raids at same time?
If so, any ideas what they might be doing wrong?

We've done two Heroic Rancor raids (Monday and Wednesday) while our normal AAT raid has been going (started on Sunday and is STILL going) so we haven't had any issues running the two raids concurrently.

I imagine they just need to go through the usual screens to launch, same as before.

We'll probably have to contact ea support

Anyone else having this problem?

Tell them to go to the guild page. Click on the tank. They should see where to enter the rancor raid from there.
