Game not loading properly

Over the last 48 hours I keep having an issue where different parts of the game keep freezing up and just perpetually show the loading screen. It happened when I tried to enter a raid, when I went to level up a character, when I tried to level a mod, when I was sending an in game message, and this last time was trying to get to the arena match up screen. I did not have these issues before the last update. Please look into this and fix as soon as possible.
Also, during my last arena match I dealt the last hit and killed my opponent with 1 second left on the clock and it counted it as a draw. I am rather upset about that. Please advise on how you can fix that situation. I was rank #64 fighting rank #56.

I would suggest a complete wipe and reload, (and a purge of other files in between)

If that does not work.. you might need the device info included.

Will that get the game to stop freezing or will that get me the Galaxy Gift Pack? I'm guessing the former...
