Ability mats and characters

I'm kinda new but one problem that keeps occurring for me is being able to upgrade my characters attacks and specials. Has there ever been a discussion on having a special buy for them in a pack?
Ex. $5 pack gets you 75 green mats 60 blue mats and 50 purple mats
Or something like that?
Also characters that are only purchasable through spending having special packs just for them or a pack that only includes shards for the characters through purchase?

Of course I've spent money and I'm new but I love Star Wars a big fan and this game is super addicting as many will agree. I was just curious on thoughts or anybody seen a discussion about this?

That is unlikely, the point of Ability mats becoming more rare is the whole point, work or "grind" for it.
Wouldn't be any fun if we all could maximize our character Skills in one or two days. Good luck.
