Clarification on tourny roster refresh times

Could someone please give a definitive answer on when exactly the roster refreshes are this upcoming pvp tournament? The last tourny I missed 1 entirely because of the refresh times happening when they weren't originally scheduled.

These have apparently been fixed and the refresh should happen when the timer hits 0h for the day

If fixed correctly it will refresh every 24 hours after it starts.
