Mod shipments refund button recomendation

I believe that the mod shipments should have a refund button which gives you 30 minutes to refund the mod you have purchased either with credits or with crystals. I made a mistake and purchased a wrong mod for 2.18 million credits. The EA support team could not help me so i was stuck with a mod that i did not want to use and spent a lot of credits (or could be crystals) for it. I would love to be able to have the capability to rectify mistakes like that.
