Those are not premium characters, they are randomly selected from all available characters and occasionally include shards from characters that are only available in shipments or from data cards. There is no issue

OP is correct. Four shards for 320 crystals is reserved for chromium only characters. He was made farmable at the same time as Aayla. He still shows up at that price, but she doesn't.

It is an issue. The first two are for premium characters only, and Fisto is the only one who is now farmable, that shows up at the premium price.

you are wrong my friend - this is an issue - the 320 price is for premium characters only. When Leia moved to F2P she stopped showing there - same with Aalya. I am not the only one who has noticed
