players loosing rewards

We have been doing our raids as we normally do with ranxor every 2nd day and the last tank raid took 6 refreshes., we have opend another rancor raid and its showing for some people that they will not be rewarded for the raid, we require some help here as this is really anying to the guild after working so hard to get these coin...none of us have left the guild to join another so im not sure why we are being punnished...thank you in advance for your support in this
