Looking for advice on an open ticket

I put in a ticket to CS last week in email format, and haven't heard back. Any advice on the best way to get a response? Also, now that I have selected to be contacted by email, I cannot choose the option for a phone call. Is there a way to change my preference to a phone conversation?

I finally got an email reply, but it was about a raid (context of the ticket) on a different day. After that email I was able to request a phone call and did talk to a CS representative that "escalated" my ticket. The said thing is that since so much time has passed since my original ticket he couldn't access the data from the raid.
