Denied Galactic War reset

I am on central time and my GW resets at 1am. I had one restart available 2 mins before 1am and used it. At 12:58 am my restart then showed a time that stated next restart available in 23 hrs and 2 mins (should have said 2 mins). I exited and re-entered and the timer had corrected itself, but was still a minute early and had still denied me the additional restart. At 12:59 am it stated my restart would be available in 23 hours, 59 mins, and was counting down seconds.

This error has cost me 12 GW nodes and their rewards. My name is game is same as it is here. 482-656-856 is my ally code.

It is likely that you failed to correct for daylight savings, which the game does not observe.

So explain why the timers were shifting back and forth between eastern and central time when it happened. It was clearly a glitch.
