75+ or guild merge to start on heroic Rancor 38/50

Have 35 active members with 90 percent of us being in high 70s to lvls 82 and 83.
We are doing tier 6 rancor but close to being able to do heroics
also doing tank raid but you know how that goes
very laid back guild that uses guild chat
we donate, give advice and most of all joke with each other
send dm or ally invite if interested in joining
be guildless if you send an ally invite so i can invite you to guild asap

Run a guild of 35 but only 15-20 are really active 75+ level (a few High ranked level 82's) frustrated at Hugh level raids taking too long as only 8-10 of us able to do them. Would like to merge our top players with a similar guild like yours and drop the lower level members so can do the heroic raids. How do we go about it?
