Merc help with our first Heroic Rancor Raid? "Ze New Order" at P3 50% with 15 hrs left

Hi all, we thought we could handle our first Heroic Rancor raid, but we're losing steam and we're only 50% through Phase 3. If a few heavy hitters are available to jump into "Ze New Order", we would be very grateful. We have 14 slots, so it would be great if you are confident that you could clear at least 15% of phase 3 or 4.

Stick around for the rewards, of course, and if you want to hit on our Normal Tank raid you're welcome to it, but you might not want to plan to wait the ~3 more months that it's going to take us to finish that raid...

I have a guild that is looking for another to merge with at some point. We can get to phase 4 by our selves but dont have the man power to finish either. Keep me in mind if you guys are interested after your raid.
