Ineligible for Rancor rewards...but no one has hopped

Can someone please explain the rules on getting raid rewards? No one in the guild has hopped but half of the guild had ineligible for rewards messages today when we launched another rancor raid.

How can half be eligible and half ineligible when no one has hopped? We all have the same number of rewards for the week. Time zones aren't a factor either as we have some eligible and some ineligible in US, Europe, and Asia.

Please address this issue as I know there are other guilds out there having the same problem.

+1 for a guildmate and the rest of those players out there needing an explanation who aren't abusing the system but being effected negatively regardless

Lifting the block and going back to 48hr rule would be great!

There's been multiple posts about this, obviously a major bug. CG has had plenty of time to comment/acknowledge this error but for some reason has stayed silent. Seems like a simple fix would be to remove the cap until their programmers can think it out.
