Looking for a possible merger/alliance for heroic aat.

We currently have 2 guilds running heroic rancor, but aren't capable of completing heroic aat yet. I'm looking to bring in a third guild to our family and creating one guild able to do heroic aat, progressing to where all three would be able to handle it themselves.

Without going through everyone's rosters, I would put it at approx 30 people.

I'm in a guild with about 30 active, lower levels to level 85's. We are close to T7. How would this work or are you looking for a complete guild?
