First character to gear IX

Who should it be? I almost have all the mats necessary to gear one character to lvl IX, my options are STH, Biggs and Lando. Which one should I choose?

I went for lando as the first to gear up. But he was the cornerstone of my team, so it was a no-brainer for me.

Biggs isn't worth it w/o Wedge.

Lando is good in all almost all areas of the game. STH is basically just for Arena. Make your own choice though.

Well my team is Wiggs, STH, Lando and SRP, just completed my Wiggs.
