I'd actually like the option of skipping an attack but it won't happen. Nothing ever happens.

It's not that it won't happen, it's that it's not a favorable idea.

Once you add a skip or defend it starts to minimise the usefulness of certain toons. All counter, or sth, or even rex lead and OB lead would all suffer randomly and it would be difficult to collect data and balance the game (yes, I know they already suck at that).

How much easier do you want racnor to be. A tm team could basically be just teebo and 4 heavy hitters if you added this. Put enough speed and hit until he gets to about 50% then skip until teebo and start over. The raid bosses rely on extra tm when struck, you take that away they become exponentially easier.
