Make the raid store character shards less random

I love getting to buy new characters from the raid store. But geeze, what's the deal with the way they show up? You see the same one over and over for a day or so, then poof...gone. Then you see it again a few hours later, then it's gone for three days, then it's back. It's totally random, and for the life of me I see no good reason for it. I have the coin necessary to buy five GG shards and get him to five stars. Been waiting for three days now for him to show up. Nope. See Dengar all day long, but no GG. How about just either A) putting them all on sale all the time like GW or Cantina, or have them pop up on a regular schedule?
