Can't play arena on 4g/3g
Hello, lately I have been having problems to finish all my battles when I am playing on 4G.
what happens is that I have no problems to get into the game or to start arena battles, but once the battle is done I keep getting the connection error message.
I am 100% sure that I have internet because I can switch to other apps like facebook, telegram and whatsapp and verify that I have a connection. Do you guys have any idea in how can I solve this situation? is there any kind of test that I can run on my phone to give you guys a more technical information? thanks in advance for your help.
My phone is the Redmi 2 pro, and my carrier is called Vivo
An interesting fact is that the game is consuming too much data, in one single arena battle the game has used 1mb of my data plan and once again the battle was not finished...
