The above sample is a phone.

Drag your phone screen down with your finger . if you dont have any fingers use your thumb. If you dont have either of those use your stump. then you will see the options

@SnakesOnAPlane drew you a picture! Click on the "mail" icon at the bottom left of your screen, then a new screen will pop up and at the top right of it you click "New Message". Type in the username you want to pm, type your post and click send.
