Off up appearing on counter

I was against this team in GW. Sometimes the enemies keep displaying for a second the off up icon.
You can see in this video how Fives and Aayla show that icon. Some friend told me it was a "counter bug", but as I'm not sure, I'm posting it here.

IGD lead gives +15% offence on counter and this is visualization of the effect. Yet it doesn't work properly and was already flagged as a bug like 2 months ago.
