Connection Error since update

Anyone else having a Connection Error since the update? Been locked out for 1.5 hours now since the new update. Any ideas?

    Yeah with my iPad all I did was turn my wifi off and turn back on. For my iPhone I had delete game and reinstall

    I get the same error. Been like this since yesterday. Reboot doesn't help. May have to try the re-install. Hope I don't lose my progress or I may just give up on the game.
