How are enhancement droids earned for ships?

They are rewarded in the Ship Challenges on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. You can also buy them in the Cantina Shop or in Data Cards (there is a new? "Resources" tab on the bottom).

I think it's ridiculous that you cannot earn droids from battles. Development of ships will be too slow unless you spend a lot of cash to buy droids with crystals.

I spent crystals I paid for (499+2499) to buy a Fleet Data Card and a Fleet Mega-Pack and got peanuts. Not a single complete ship for the Mega-Pack! What a ripoff!
