Just to be completely honest a f2p isn't supposed to be able to compete well against a p2w. Paying to play is supposed to give you an advantage over those who don't.

I don't think it needs to be that way. Many games make tons of money without being PTW. They sell more cosmetic changes than PTW characters/weapons etc. Same goes for this game in my opinion. You only get a short term gain over anyone else.

Same. not completely ftp, maybe $100 in 6 months or something. But yeah, EP was not a "whale only" thing, you just didn't have enough rebels.

Not only that but Rebels, outside Leia, were a common FTP focus.

I had 4 rebels, didn't farm very hard and still got 5star EP.
