Cad Bane
I have a Cad Bane 7* 7 Gear at level 60. He seems almost completely useless. His stun is so-so, his dmg is so-so for such a rare character and he is squichy. I feel that his dodge should be increased or make his jedi special crit apply to more character types.
Although I really like the toon picture, reminds me of a wild west gunner, I'm disappointed in the actual character and if you were thinking about trying to use him or upgrade him, honestly there are much better options out there.
