The guild I'm in now has basically quit growing and is unable to even complete t7 rancor. I'm basically just looking for a guild completing heroic rancor at least a couple times a week and completing regular aat in a timely fashion.

AAT every 4-5 days and rancor every 2-3 days. We have a 24 hour waiting period on rancor so everyone can register a 0 and get a prize box if they miss the rancor since it only lasts 15-20 minutes.
