Guild shop purchasing error

When I purchase 5 shards for Jawa Engineer they do not count, so basically I have spent 1600 raid currency on nothing. Fix it please.
I feel that I have been ripped off, it takes me a while to save up that much and rely on this character for the new raid. I'd like a refund or shards given to me in the inbox. I am a paying customer and as a paying customer i want to be compensated.
