Ship Star Level At Unlock

Does anyone know if the following is true?:

10 blueprints to unlock = 1*
25 blueprints to unlock = 2*
50 blueprints to unlock = 3*
80 blueprints to unlock = 4*

So far I don't understand the unlock mechanic it seems like it is not as straight forward like the character unlock stuff.

It is exactly the same as the character unlock.....

Need total of 330 blueprints to 7* a ship, regardless as what * level it unlocks at.

Unlock level is set per ship, typically the rarer ships will unlock at higher * level.

All the same as characters. Replace blueprint with shard.
