Need help with Tier V Rancor Raid

I started again; was a high level player but was inactive and now Im way below the competition to get high rank in arena (top 100 in arena currently almost top 50). Me and a bunch of friends are currently around level 40-45 and we have joined a Guild with 5 strong players around level 80-85 but would appreciate any high level players without guilds to help take down Tier V Rancor raid.
Its painful that I cannot help at the moment because of my low level 752-925-418
