Ootini[50/50] looking for replacements

I know we are currently at 50/50 however we are looking to replace the bottom feeders of our guild. We have a sacrifice/ffa rancor raid layout and are currently progressing towards heroic aat. However, there is a huge power difference in the guild. The top 50% or so of our guild is at or near heroic level. The next group of people is working hard to get to heroic level. The bottom group is lackluster. We are looking for people to bridge the gap between the bottom and the top. Whether you would fit in with the middle of the pack or be one of the top players, if you can help us improve WE WANT YOU. Our only guild requirements are that you be active and join our Line chats.
