Not hijacking your post, I'll happily remove my link if you like, but I'd happily welcome you and all your guild to mine? We're pretty much the same goal-wise, very social and levels 26-82, 18 of us currently trying our first Tier 4 raid but do occasional Tier 3's. The higher members make sure all the lower people get on leaderboards first and donate gear heavily.

If you're interested (as I know filling a guild takes ALOT of time. I formed mine early October after a bad experience in my first guild, and only have 18 members - Although never had a single one leave and everybody who has joined always says theyre happy to find a great guild finally haha)
