Guild looking for 10-15 members for heroic tank raid

We have a pretty solid guild but need 10-15 people with good enough squads to help with the Tank on heroic. The name of our guild is Order of the Sith.
Would also conside merging with another guild in our similar situation. We have a pretty solid top 25 but obviously need more to do Tank Heoic.
