Mod drop rate

I just wanted to get a feel for this, has anyone else noticed a significant reduction in the drop rate for mods?
I'm lucky to get a single mod from an entire energys worth of goes, let alone a 5 dot one now!
I know you can site bad RNG but I feel 3 weeks of bad RNG is pushing it a bit

I spent 100 gems to try and get some health mods. Nothing. Midday top up, tried again. Nothing. Guild mate saying the same. I'm wondering if there is a capacity limit and we've topped out.
