Offence down/up - on counter attack with Fives

I don't know if it is a bug or not but I'll post it here. Today on Galactic War I had Fives as oponent. He had offence down on him:

But when i did an attack, he did counter attack and buff changed to offence up:

And after this it went again to offence down. And so on and so on until he died. Is this a bug or any specjal abillity?

Hmm... bump up :-) anyone had something like this? Is it normal?

I seen some funky stuff happening in GW myself today, for example I watched my Baris take a turn when Anakin had expose on him (only debuff in my group) and it didn't get removed at the end of the turn.
