Fleet shipments maul, grievous, and vader

Are these three characters going to be regulars in the fleet shipments? I noticed maul didnt refresh tonight nor did vader or grievous.
Anybody kniw anything about this?

Still no sign of them in the refresh. Wont be wasting my money or time with the ships if they dont have these three characters available. I wont spend my time grinding to get nearly impossible characters as in my opinion its a waste of what little time i have to play this game. Now, keep them available and you may get some of my hard earned money.

I've only seen grievous twice. Vader maybe once a week. Maul every 2nd day. That's what I've noticed since ships started. They need to be more regular for sure.
