Squad Tournament Tiers

Does Anyone know how they break up players for the tournaments? Is it based on level? And if so, how is it broken up? Like what levels are on each shard (30-40, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, 70-80, etc.)

I've been looking for an answer in the forums and in the dev updates but haven't found anything on it. A detailed post explianing how we're split up would go a long way.

Over 80, once you hit power around 35k you are in with the big boys. Don't expect to make top 1000 unless you have a maxed meta team. Don't expect to get top 100 unless you have multiple maxed teams.
