I love this idea for a leader ability that affects droids, but i think this idea would fit much better for a general grievous leader zeta ability (the name of the ability would need to be changed though, probably to "Supreme Commander of the Droid Army")

here is another idea for a Lobot buff :

Zeta Leader ability :
In addition, Lobot gives half his tenacity to droid allies.
Droid allies gains 30 % turn metter when they resist a debuff and at the start of every battle.
