Very serious mislead requires attention

After today's update, the following characters are described as "available from data cards in the store" if you click FIND button.
Chirrut Imwe, K-2SO and Cassian Andor.
Then I spent many vaults of crystals on chromium mega-pack, not a single shard of these 3 toons dropped.
@EA_Jesse @CG_Kozispoon if any details are needed please let me know. I have some screenshots saved.
I appreciate any response from the dev team.
