Issue with JE AI's use of "Patch Up"

So JE's AI seems to automatically use the ability "Patch Up" when an ally dies (no matter how much health the other allies have), so this is useful when a droid ally dies but unfortunately the AI uses the ability regardless of who dies, thus if you have a non-droid ally who dies first the ability is wasted (even more so if the other characters are full health). Could you fix this please?
