Where'd the Vader shards go?

Since the release of Ships I've been buying Vader shards regularly in the Fleet Shipments plus buying them from Shard Shop. For the past week I have refreshed numerous times but have not seen him in either.

What gives?

Maul, Rex, Sun Fac, and Echo seem to be everywhere!

Geonosian are coming very often, and often you can farm 10 shards of them without refresh. I've never seen Vador in the fleet shipment for now.

They're there.

Vader and Greivous have lower appearance rates, probably because they're harder to get through normal means.

Sun Fac's hard to get, too, but at least he's in Chromiums.

I've gotten 15 Vader shards in the last couple days in fleet shipments. Good RNG luck for once. At 80/100 now.
