Possible Bug in zeta QuiGon speed-offense Conversion

I noticed in the last client restart update at about 2:00pm PST on 12/22/16 might have had an adverse effect on zeta QuiGon's lead ability.

Prior to the update, my Jedi were hitting considerably harder than after the update. EA, could you please take a look at this?

Sorry, forgot to include that the update may have screwed up the speed-to-offense conversion on zeta QuiGon lead ability, explaining the lower dmg output.
