RG is good , but there is danger your palp will be one shoted with wiggs double/tripple attack on start.
I run a pretty speedy STH with my palp team and it works pretty well. Not the best for defense, but allows me to get into the top 20 and occasionally top 10 with EP, Vader, STH, HRScout, Plo. (STH and Plo are g11, rest are g10)
Only way to run empire palp lead without shore is to either use Baze instead, and if you don't have him you need a StHan or Sun Fac that is faster than most enemy wiggs, or else EP is going to be one shot.
So in other words: if you don't have Shore or Baze, or godly speed secondaries, then don't run empire.
