Challenge/battle rewards preview

Hi,

This has been going on for a while, so sorry if someone else has mentioned it already.

Sometimes, when I click on the Rewards tab to check the available rewards, when I then click on an individual item to check who needs it and how many I have, nothing happens, every reward section is dulled out a bit as if the battles/challenges are all unavailable. I can't work out why it happens sometimes and not others, am I missing something obvious or is it a glitch?
