Looking for a possible Guild Merger for heroic AAT!

We are a mostly Canadian relaxed guild looking to strengthen up with some new recruits or merge with another like minded guild to tackle HEROIC TANK. We are a mix of FTP and PTP but all just having fun playing the game.
Heroic rancor we do in about 30 mins so our rule is first 24H is 0 damage attack registration and then it's FFA. We start at 7:30pm EST
Normal Tank takes us less than a day to complete with same raid start time but now are looking to progress to Heroic and need new recruits or a merger. We have about 15 raid ready members meaning they have solid squads for 3 of the 4 phases and another 10 having 2 of 4 phases.
If you are chill, want to play at an adult life pace come join us and we can progress towards beating HEROIC TANK together! We are open to a discussion on mergers and easy going on how we can make that happen.
