Is this a bug? General Kenobi self healing right after being attacked on gw 12th node

Just as the title says General Kenobi is self healing on me after burning down his protection during a squad battle on the 12th node.

I reviewed all of his abilities and his squads, I could find nothing that allows for such an effect to work. During the fight he has no buffs/debuffs on him or any other squad member that would allows for this either.

To clarify, this is not him healing by countering or attacking me. He is healing for the same amount or more then what I am damaging the moment I attack.

If this is not a bug I'd love an explanation as to why this is happening, Thank you.

If I'm overlooking something please tell me, I'd love to know how to beat this guy, I simply couldn't find any justification for this occuring.
