MkIII Bacta-Gel how much % Critchance does it add?

Title...I know its 60 Crit rating..but what does this translate to in %?

The crit chance stat is now converted to a percentage but before it was called crit rating and was a number like 671 or 548.

I believe the mk3 Bacta adds about 3.2% but I've only done rough calculations

Fitted it to my Biggs yesterday. The increase was from 59.x% to 62.x%.
