The connection error was because he was in airplane mode.

Yeah normal is a joke now. We managed to do one nerf tank before moving to heroic and posted 46% damage. Survived enrage for 7-8 additional topples. Only reason I didn't do more is because there was only 46% left in the phase when I started!
