How about some free no name 7* characters for newbies?

Maybe let people start with a 7* underworld Police, mob enforcer, Ewok scout, storm trooper, jedi guardian. That way new players can join in a guilds higher level raid. They won't do much, but doing lower tier raids for newbies chases stronger players away.

No real need for that; you can get pretty far within a year. Though some characters do need higher drop rates and/or more chances to earn than other characters.
