Prize Box Reward Bug

I am not sure if this is repeatable but don't want to test it out either. I lost my prize box reward because I clicked on the toon that needed the gear I won. After I clicked on the toon, the toon screen and prize box reward screen were superimposed on each other. I clicked on the button to accept the prize box reward and the prize box screen disappeared. I was on my toon screen but I didn't get any of the rewards.
