Fleet Arena (1) Meaning?

While I check up on the fleet shipments, I sometimes find that there is a red (1) beside the Fleet Arena. I'm not sure what this means... does it mean that I've been attacked? Or does it mean I have a few attacks left?

Because I often find this when I do have one or two attacks left.

Are you an officer or guild leader? If so, it means you have people waiting in queue to join your guild.

I'm an officer in the guild. So I'm guessing it's a bug then? Lol
